Device Authentication
Not just anyone can send email through your relay. CM Relay verifies every incoming connection.
Authorized IP Addresses
Add your copier’s IP address to the authorized list. Only connections from whitelisted IPs will be accepted. Supports single IPs and CIDR ranges for entire office networks.
Subject Auth Codes
For offices without static IPs, devices include a unique authentication code in the email subject line. CM Relay validates the code before relaying the message.
Device ID Restrictions
We track device ids for sending devices. Plan limits decide how many active devices you can have connected to the system. Rogue device ids can be blocked to prevent spam abuse.
Mail Log & Delivery Tracking
Every email sent through CM Relay is logged with full metadata:
- Sender and recipient addresses
- Subject line
- Timestamp of transmission
- Delivery status (sent, failed, bounced)
- Source IP address of the sending device
- Authentication method used
We never store email body content. Messages are held transiently in memory only during the relay operation.
Send-To Restrictions
Control exactly where your devices can send email. Configure an allow-list of recipient addresses or domains.
