1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CM Relay service (the “Service”), operated by Two Hands Technology (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CM Relay is a cloud-based email relay service that enables legacy devices (copiers, scanners, printers) to send email through modern authenticated channels (OAuth 2.0 with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace). The Service acts as a secure intermediary between your devices and your email provider.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, transmit malware, impersonate others, or violate the acceptable use policies of Microsoft, Google, or any email provider. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Plans and Billing

The Service offers a free plan with limited daily email volume and paid plans with higher limits. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

5. Data and Privacy

We request only the minimum OAuth scopes required to send email. We do not read, download, or store email body content. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee email deliverability and are not responsible for emails that are rejected, bounced, or filtered by recipient servers.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
