How does device pricing work?
Each physical copier, scanner, or other device authorized to use CMRelay requires one device license. Standard accounts are billed at $9.99 per authorized device per month.
How does CMRelay identify an authorized device?
When adding a new device, an administrator temporarily enables device enrollment and sends a test email from the copier or scanner. CMRelay detects the device identifier included with the message and adds the device to the customer’s authorized device list.
How does HIPAA pricing work?
HIPAA mode is enabled at the customer-account level rather than for individual devices. When an account is configured for CMRelay HIPAA, all authorized devices on that account are billed at $19.99 per device per month and use CMRelay’s HIPAA-specific environment.
What is the Cloud Save add-on?
Cloud Save is an optional add-on for paid CMRelay accounts. It allows scanned documents to be automatically saved to a configured Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft OneDrive, or Google Drive folder.
How much does Cloud Save cost?
Cloud Save costs $4.99 per configured folder per month. For example, if you configure one SharePoint folder and two Google Drive folders, your account would have three Cloud Save locations for a total of $14.97 per month in Cloud Save add-on charges.
Can I use multiple Cloud Save folders?
Yes. You can configure as many SharePoint, OneDrive, or Google Drive folders as your organization needs. Each configured folder is billed separately at $4.99 per month.
Can I use Cloud Save without changing how users scan documents?
Yes. Users can continue using the familiar Scan-to-Email workflow on their copier or scanner. CMRelay can automatically save the scanned attachment to the configured cloud folder as part of the email-processing workflow.
Can I add or remove devices anytime?
Yes. CMRelay is designed to scale with your organization. You can authorize additional devices or remove devices that are no longer in service without moving between traditional pricing tiers.
Can I add or remove Cloud Save folders anytime?
Yes. Cloud Save is usage-based. Add cloud destinations when you need them and remove them when they are no longer required.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
